Responsibilities:

• Organization, management, control, and improvement of pipeline and metal structure prefabrication processes.
• Execution of new and ongoing projects.
• Supervising production staff in the workshop (task allocation, setting deadlines, ensuring compliance).

Requirements:

• A minimum of 1 year of successful experience as a production supervisor in a metal processing/pipeline manufacturing company is mandatory.
• Higher education.
• Knowledge of production and metal processing technologies.
• Ability to read ISO cards and technical drawings.
• Leadership skills, ability to solve challenges creatively and efficiently.
• Knowledge of Russian and English (spoken).

Salary:

• €1800-3000 Eur /month Net
