Employee Requirements:

• Higher education (technical/engineering).
• At least 2 years of experience in shipbuilding OR industrial projects.
• Ability to read pipe system drawings and diagrams (ship or industrial).
• Excellent English language skills, both written and spoken; Russian language skills, spoken.
• Computer literacy (MS Office).
• Understanding of work culture, responsibility, and precision.
• Analytical thinking and ability to quickly set priorities, make decisions, and identify risks.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to resolve conflict situations.
• Ability to lead a team, plan your own and the team’s work.
